Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting for the Institution of Engineers Australia – UK Chapter is to be held on Thursday 4th March 2009 at:
ARUP
13 Fitzroy Street

W1T 4BQ
Refreshments will be provided from 6:30pm with a scheduled meeting start at 7:00pm.
Election of the following office bearer positions will take place on the evening:
• Honorary Chairperson
• Honorary Secretary
• Honorary Treasurer
Nominations will be accepted at anytime prior to the elections taking place.
In addition, new committee members are sought to join the organising committee. Nominations will also be accepted by email if you wish to get involved but cannot make the AGM.
If you wish to have any item included in the AGM agenda for discussion, please contact the committee via email as shown below.
A meeting agenda, the minutes of the 2009 AGM and Chairman’s and Treasurer’s report will be available on the website www.engineersaustralia.co.uk prior to the meeting.
