IPENZ UK Technical Talk - Crossrail Project Crossrail will be the new high frequency railway connecting London City, Canary Wharf, the West End and Heathrow Airport to areas east and west of London. IPENZ are fortunate enough to have Patrick Griffin presenting a technical talk about Crossrail, including the background, history, justification, parliamentary process, details of the route, tunnelling and community relations.
